What is Practicing Knowledge Translation (PKT)?
This course is designed for health professionals interested in learning more about implementing change using best practices in KT.
Workshop dates & Location: This course will be offered in both the spring and the fall 2019 at Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute of St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto, Canada. The spring in-person workshop dates are: April 8-12, 2019; the fall in-person workshop dates are October 7-11, 2019.

The Knowledge Translation Program at St. Michael’s Hospital is pleased to announce that we will be offering an online course on End of Grant Knowledge Translation (EoG KT). The course will take place from May 27 to July 19, 2019.
The EoG KT course is designed to provide grant writers with the needed tools to write the KT portion of their grant applications. Course attendees will use their own grants to develop an end of grant KT plan.
